Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 June 2026.

This policy explains how BizTrotters handles your personal data when you visit this site and request early access. We keep data collection to a strict minimum and we never sell your data.

Who is responsible

BizTrotters is the controller responsible for the processing described here. The publisher's full legal identification will be set out in the Legal notice. For any request, you can reach us at hello@biztrotters.com.

Data we collect

When you submit the early access form, we collect:

When you browse the site, our host may also process basic technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, date and time of visit) in its server logs, for security and to keep the site running. A simple anti-spam check runs when you submit the form, without storing any extra data about you.

Why we use it and on what basis

We do not use your data for third party marketing and we carry out no automated decision making or profiling.

Who can access it

Your data is used only by BizTrotters and by the service providers that help us run the site, acting on our instructions. This currently means our host, OVH (storage of the site and its data), and, where relevant, the email service used to contact you. Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Where it is stored

Your data is stored within the European Union, in our host's data centres. We do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area. If this ever changes, we will put appropriate safeguards in place as required by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep early access data until the launch of BizTrotters and for up to twelve months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Server logs kept by our host are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@biztrotters.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In France, this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Security

We use appropriate measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the data, storage on servers located in the European Union, and the principle of collecting only what we need.

Children

This site and the BizTrotters service are intended for professionals. They are not directed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of majority.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie settings page for details.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example as the service evolves. The date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
